Great location near attractions, beautiful interior design. Room lacking dresser drawers, cold temperature issue. Valet parking expensive, but staff helpful and friendly. Enjoyed nearby restaurants and courteous service. A well-kept hotel with minor improvements needed for family stays.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite, making our stay comfortable. The elegant and spacious rooms, along with the excellent dining options, added to the overall positive experience. The only downside was a minor issue with the cooling system, but it did not detract significantly from our enjoyable stay.

Better choose this place to visit when in Washington. The breakfast offered variety of food and was well priced. I loved the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was ideal, for example, The World was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. There was a reasonably priced restaurant, shopping malls and a market next door.

Stayed at the Riggs for a week, got a fantastic city view from the top floor corner room with 4 big windows. Indoor pool and gym were enjoyable, just a 5-minute walk to attractions. Will return for sure!

The staff went above and beyond, making us feel welcomed from the start. The room was spacious, perfect for our furry friend. The cozy bar and upscale Cafe added to the great vibe. Thin walls were the only downside, but the exceptional service and modern amenities made up for it.

The check-in was early, the room was beautiful, the breakfast was awesome. Location : the hotel was very close to Verizon Center, museums, good restaurants. Also, the property was walking distance to a prestigious museum. Thanks for a very good stay, would recommend it.

With the help of the highly professional staff, we had an absolutely amazing stay. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. Don't forget to explore Chinatown district.

Very good hotel, with excellent location in a very busy area.

As there is no parking, you have to rely on the valet parking. By the way, I gave him the car correctly parked with the parking ticket paid for two hours. The gentleman runs him out of there, parks another car and leaves him in a double line. When I claimed him and made him aware that he was committing a traffic violation, he told me to rest assured that there was no problem. It's an unfortunate situation, I hope that no infraction arrives, in that case I will have to take care of it, and complain to whom?

Had an amazing stay at a hotel near Fords Theater! LOVED the friendly staff! the spa was a hidden gem, would definitely stay again. Better in person than in photos!

The hotel had a rad vibe, I mean just the lobby design was so cool that it made me feel like I was chilling in a fancy museum. The rooms were perfect for me and my buddies, super comfy beds and the bathroom setup was ideal for privacy. Big up to the staff who were all so friendly and helpful, especially Antonio, who went above and beyond to make our stay awesome. 🌟 The relaxation options were on point, I mean spa and massage services made the whole experience even more chill. The only small bummer was that the breakfast quality varied each day, but overall, it didn't ruin the fantastic impression I had of the place.

the room was impeccably clean, with even the window sills spotless. the staff, especially mr noah, was accommodating and professional. the location was perfect for exploring nearby museums and restaurants. valet service was a plus, and the on-site restaurant was delightful.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. the exclusive amenities were luxurious, and we appreciated the attention to detail. the Spa & wellness centre offered a variety of massage treatments that we thoroughly enjoyed. the swimming pool was clean and the perfect temperature. the Restaurant was impressive and exceeded our expectations. We were pleased with the location advantages, everything was within a short walking distance. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered was the snack bar being closed during our stay. Otherwise, the hotel provided a great atmosphere with impeccable service.

We stayed at Riggs Washington Dc for a weekend getaway and couldn't have been happier. The location was perfect, with easy access to the national mall and convenient transportation options. The room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a microwave, coffee machine, and mini-fridge. The separate bathroom sink was a pleasant surprise, and the shower was incredibly spacious. The check-in experience was smooth, thanks to the charismatic and efficient Karen at the Front Desk. The staff was exceptional and the in-room dining was a blessing. a great concept with beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. the location was perfect for exploring the museums and there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. Our room was spacious and soundproof, with two comfortable queen beds. the staff were friendly and accommodating, quickly addressing any issues we had, like tightening some screws on the AC. We also loved the view of the National Portrait Gallery and the International Spy Museum from our room. the hotel's fitness facilities were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the unique design of the furniture in the former bank building. the bars onsite were a great addition, with a hotel bar and a basement bar open to the public. it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be returning.

The staff at this hotel are first class, from top to bottom. They are very friendly and provide GREAT customer service. They interact very well with children and are very patient. the lobby-level brewpub serves wonderful German wheat beer. the location of the hotel is close to all the major attractions in DC, making it very convenient for sightseeing. the gym is well-equipped, allowing for a great morning workout and a complimentary breakfast spread with oatmeal and hard-boiled eggs is a nice touch.

One area that could be improved is the room amenities. It would have been nice to have more storage space for clothes that cannot be hung, like dresser drawers.

The corner suite at Riggs Washington D.C. was just what we needed. The adjoining living and dining rooms provided the perfect space to relax and enjoy the city views. The kitchenette was a great touch, making us feel right at home.

The zoo is an incredible place where all the animals are looked after by top-notch zoologists and vets. It's not just a zoo; it's a powerhouse of research and conservation, making the visit both fun and educational for the kids.

My wife says that a dedicated kids' play area at the hotel would have been a great addition for families with children.

Located in an old bank building that has been beautifully restored, this hotel offers a great location just a few blocks north of the Mall. It's near to the Metro and also close to many attractions, including the Smithsonian museums. The rooms are comfortable and clean with everything you need, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is ample and delicious.

The valet parking can be quite expensive and is the only option for those who need in-and-out privileges.

The hotel had a beautiful design, with a unique theme carried throughout. the room, although small, had everything we needed. the bathroom was a highlight, with a walk-in shower that was the best. the location was perfect, allowing us to walk to all the sights in the city.

The bathroom accommodations were not well thought out, making it difficult to use the toilet. the lighting in the bathroom was clearly not designed with makeup application in mind.
